Checklist for Photo and Film Shoots

Important Information in Advance

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Watering days in the greenhouse – access may be restricted.

• Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays: Filming or photography is not permitted anywhere in the garden.

• A permit is also required for recordings or photographs that will be used publicly, for example in exhibitions.

The checklist contains the following questions. This information is important for processing your request.

• Where will the photography/filming take place?
  (Please specify the exact locations. The names of the individual areas and/or greenhouses can be found on the greenhouse map and the garden map.)
  
• Which subjects are to be photographed/filmed?
  
• For what commercial purpose will the photos/recordings be used?
  
• Which equipment will be brought and used?
  (Please describe the extent of the equipment, e.g. whether paths may be obstructed by a dolly.)
  
• Will any space be required for equipment or set-up?
  (e.g. parking spaces for cars, stands for props, etc.)
  
• Will visitor access be affected? Are there any potential risks to third parties?
  
• How many people will be involved on site?
  
• When and for how long will the photography/filming take place? (Please provide the date, start time, and duration.)
