Important information for groups

Group visits also require a time-slot ticket.
Groups of up to 8 people
- Online Ticket Shop: Book your preferred date up to 14 days in advance. You can add a maximum of 8 tickets to your shopping cart per booking.
- Main Entrance: A fixed contingent of time-slot tickets is available here daily (only valid on the same day, subject to availability)
Groups of 9 to 14 people
- Online Ticket Shop: Since the online shopping cart is limited to a maximum of 8 tickets, please split up your group and complete two separate bookings one after the other.
Please note: Please book quickly in succession, as the time slots per hour are limited.
Tip: You can also book two consecutive time slots.
- Main Entrance: A fixed contingent of time-slot tickets is available here daily (only valid on the same day, subject to availability)
Larger groups of 15 or more people
- Group discount: available for groups of 15 or more, exclusively on-site at the main entrance.
- Telephone Reservation: For larger groups of 15 or more people, we offer the option to reserve in advance – subject to availability. Please register by calling +49 89 17861-327.
- Important Information: Due to high demand, please note that we may no longer be able to accept reservations after a certain date (usually starting mid-February).
- We regret that we cannot offer private guided tours during the butterfly exhibition.
Please note: We do not recommend hosting children’s birthday parties. Due to the narrow paths in our small aquatic plant house, the high number of visitors can unfortunately be quite stressful for the birthday child. Please also note that we cannot offer space for cake breaks or reservations.
