Time-Slot Info

◆ Children (under 4): No ticket required

◆ Children (4 – 11 years) need a free time-slot ticket.

◆ Jugendliche (12–17), Schüler und Studenten benötigen ein Zeitfenster-Ticket ermäßigt (5, 50 €)

◆ Teenagers (12–17), pupils and students need a concession timed ticket.

◆ In the online ticket shop, you can add a maximum of 8 tickets to your shopping cart per transaction

◆ Sold out online?

A limited number of tickets is available daily at the main entrance (while supplies last).

These tickets are only valid on the day of purchase.
Possible later entry time: For example, if you buy a ticket on-site at 11 am, your assigned time slot might be for 2 pm.
Our tip: We recommend arriving in the morning before 11/12 pm. At this time, afternoon time slots are usually still available.

Please note: We do not recommend hosting children’s birthday parties. Due to the narrow paths in our small aquatic plant house, the high number of visitors can unfortunately be quite stressful for the birthday child. Please also note that we cannot offer space for cake breaks or reservations.

Strollers

Due to safety regulations, strollers are unfortunately not permitted inside the greenhouse.

Next to the greenhouse entrance (outdoors)
In the basement of the main ticket office building

Restrooms & Baby Changing Facilities

Main Entrance: Located in the basement of the ticket office building.
Greenhouse Complex: Located at the very end of the complex, in the back left corner.

Cloakroom & Lockers

◆ Lockers: At the main entrance, basement of the ticket building (1€ deposit required).
◆ Coat Racks: At the end of the greenhouse on the left, in the Grüner Saal (open access, unattended).

Our tip: The Water Plant House is tropically hot. We recommend leaving jackets, coats, and bags (no valuables) in the Grüner Saal.
